Cancellation and Return Policy for all Items.
At Raining Elephants, we understand that sometimes you might need to cancel your order. We offer a full refund for personalized items if you cancel within 12 hours of order confirmation. However, please note that if you decide to cancel after the 12-hour mark, we will not be able to accept any refunds or returns, unless there is a quality issue with the product(s) used in making your item(s).
To request a refund due to quality issues, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and include a photo of the item(s) along with your order number. After 7 days, we will not be able to refund your order. If your refund request is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label. Once we receive the damaged item, your refund will be issued. Please allow 5-7 days for refunds to post.
Please note that any product that has been purposely harmed, neglected, dropped from a high area, or misspelled due to proofreading failure on the customer's part does not qualify for a return or exchange. However, we will be more than happy to duplicate the item for you once a new order has been placed.
We recommend reading the tag and any instructions provided for cleaning process and longevity. If you have any concerns or questions about designs and sizes, please feel free to message or email us. Please keep in mind that each product is unique and will not be exactly the same as the one before it.
